Announcements – Discussion of how Rincon Heights neighborhood makes decisions as they have a quarterly meeting, instead of monthly.

Qi Gong programs at the library, Thursdays noon-1; Bike in movie, 2nd Sat. in May, documentary about Edward Abbey

Discussion about health of two elderly neighborhood residents
Discussion about Songs for Cecilia fundraiser and moving forward with house situation– raised over $3000


Granite Construction – putting in bid for Downtown Links project and wanted to hear neighbors concerns. Put in bid for SOQualifications in late June/early July. List narrowed down to 3-5 contractors who will then interview and one will be selected. Expect to break ground Jan/Feb 2017. 5th Street will be closed to cars at rr crossing during construction. Concern about noise mitigation during project.

Election -  Slate of Ezra Roati, President; Sky Jacobs, Vice President; Gail Toomey, Treasurer; Karen Greene, Secretary was voted in unanimously 10-0
