Meeting about development planned for Stone/Speedway lot

For those that missed it, we had a lengthy discussion about this at our September meeting. The latest is that this project is moving again thanks to a HUD grant. They're targeting 120-130 mixed income units with possible mixed use development. The grant does require a minimum of 20% market rate units. The design guidelines that were put together for this site in the past were shared with Housing and Community Development.
