Discussion

Granite Construction – putting in bid for Downtown Links project and wanted to hear neighbors concerns. Put in bid for SOQualifications in late June/early July. List narrowed down to 3-5 contractors who will then interview and one will be selected. Expect to break ground Jan/Feb 2017. 5th Street will be closed to cars at rr crossing during construction. Concern about noise mitigation during project.

Election -  Slate of Ezra Roati, President; Sky Jacobs, Vice President; Gail Toomey, Treasurer; Karen Greene, Secretary was voted in unanimously 10-0
