Before call to order: discussion with community service officer from TPD about recent thefts.

Changes/Approval to Previous Month’s Minutes (May): No Changes
Treasurer’s report: No report, no changes
Announcements (External and Internal)
- Library announcements (Karen) - Thursday Open House at the Wells Fargo building from 4-8 with the architects about the new main library building. Tomorrow afternoon 1-3 Temporary tattoos at the teens space. Crochet club happening. Adult Sunday August 16th 9-12 finale at the coalition space.
- Stone & Speedway Housing Development Meeting 7/22/26 - Reminder about the meeting happen for anyone that is interested.
Discussion
- Neighborhood Thefts/Vandalism - Andy will gather a list of all the vandalism that has happened in June and will send to Layla with TPD and Aliyah with Ward 1. Aliyah will try and contact higher ups in TPD with our issues.
- Pedestrian and Cyclist Survey - Alexander not Here, will move to next month.
- Trash cans missing at Downtown Links - Question given to Aliyah and will follow up.
Reports From The Field
- Downtown Links - Karen mentioned a previous liaison that we potentially had to work with the quiet zone. Is there still a liaison between UP and COT? Large gravel dangerous for bikes, complaints about landscaping, other complaints.
- 1st St and 11th Ave Housing development - Aliyah looking into it.
- WAMO (Warehouse Arts Management Organization) - No Updates
- Quiet Zone Celebration - No Updates

- El Grupo - Andy looking to organize a pot luck in the Fall and El Grupo has made their space available.
- Arianna with Supervisor Cano office, District 5: PACC is now officially open, Treasurer opening at Pima County, Joint meeting between Pima County and the City is planned for August
