4. Discussion

(a) Cell tower proposed by Verizon - A motion was proposed to write a letter to Verizon stating concessions we need from Verizon to not fight the proposal. Support was unanimous with no abstentions.

5. Adjourn – Meeting adjourned ~8:40 P.M.
