1. Call to Order – 7:05

2. Sign in and Introductions

3. Treasurer Report – No report. Balance has not changed.

4. Discussion

(a) Cell tower proposed by Verizon – After a presentation by a Cabrini Neighborhood representative and cell tower health/legal expert, and much discussion, a motion was proposed to write a letter to the Planning and Zoning commission to oppose the tower and list our reasons. Support was unanimous with no abstentions.

5. Adjourn – Meeting adjourned ~8:45 P.M.
