COT's 11th Ave/1st Street Housing RFQ Feedback Request

HCD has reached out with the draft Design-Build Contractor Request for Proposals (RFQ) for the 11th Ave/1st St housing project for neighborhood comment, which is attached.

They are requesting neighborhood feedback on the plan. Many of the details are directly pulled from these design guidelines, which were created and voted on by the DSNA. Please send any feedback on the proposal to me by Monday, January 12th, 2026. While all comments are welcome, they are primarily looking for comments focused on high-level, context- based considerations rather than detailed wordsmithing.
